If you’re exporting it to iTunes, you need to have iTunes installed. Once the exported audio is in your iTunes library, just drag it from there to your desktop. If you continue to have issues, I’d say to simply restart your computer, as a mere reboot can fix quite a few annoying things.

I just found a fix to it before seeing this also I don’t have a computer so yeah.
Basically the fix was to press “Open in…” and then press “Save to files” in the new menu that appears.
